Just make sure it is compatible with your computer.

Q.  Do I have to pass a test to get credit for this class?
A.  No! Since you are required to attend at a specific time
and it is taught "Live" over the internet, it is not classified
      as an "online class."

Therefore, you are not required to pass a test
to receive credit for the class!

You must be seen by the web cam at all times
to receive credit for the class.

Q. Can I get CE credit in other states?
A.  It is not yet approved for CE credit in Ohio. You need to check with the Education Department at the Real Estate Commission of other states to see if they will accept Live Web Cam Classes for CE credit.  We will be happy to demo the system for the them.  _______________________________________________________________
Q.  Can we talk to each other?
A.  Yes! You can raise your "hand" icon and ask the instructor

polls and quizzes in the class.

Q. Do I have to attend a Demo Class?
A.  YES!  It is the only we we can determine if there are any technology glitches.
Here are the most common reasons people have had issues.
     1.  They had their web cam turned on when they logged
into the system.  Your web cam must be installed and
           working, but not turned on.
     2.  They were on an unstable wireless connection.
That being said, we've had many people on a wireless
connection take the class.  The only way we know
is when you login to the Demo Class.  It is recommended
that you login from a computer that is wired.
     3.  The web cam was 4 years old and the computer was "ancient."
The virtual classroom requires a new webcam and computer.
That being said, I've logged in on a 2005 Windows XP, but
I'm very conscious of keeping everything updated. (Yes,
I know Microsoft no longer supports XP, but it still works.)

Q.  I'm not a tech savvy person.  Can I still take this class?
A.  Most of us are not "tech savvy" about something.
     Are you willing to learn?

Perform the System Check first to make sure your computer is
compatible.  Then, have someone help you install the web cam.
After that attend a Demo Class.  If I can't help you we have an
800 number to call for tech support.
(You will navigate away from this page when you do the
System Check and you will be required to download software.)

It's like everything else --- it's easy when you know how!

We've had many agents share that after installing the web cam
they have been able to conduct video phone calls with family
and friends in other parts of the country and the world! One
person shared that she had a dear friend who lived in London,
England. They are given up on every being able to see each other
again.  They both got Skype and not "see" each other every
week. As she said, "It's not as good as seeing her in person,
but it is better than a phone call...and Skype is FREE!"

Other agents have shared that their clients and customers are
impressed that they know how to video chat.  So, there are
many benefits to the web cam communication after the class!

Q. How do I get my login link for the Demo Class
and the Class that I am going to take?
A.  Upon payment you will receive an email with the
login information and a PDF file showing you the most
common icons that you use in the classroom.
I'm ready to enroll! Take me to the registration page!
