Policies

By registering for this class you agree to be seen
by the web cam at all times during the class and
understand that you will not receive credit for the class
if you cannot be seen by the monitor.
There are NO exceptions to this rule.

Due diligence has been taken to assure the stability
of all technology involved in  offering this class.
You agree to hold the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS®
and the vendor harmless for technical difficulties that may occur
with this class over which they have no control.  

Refund Policy

A refund will be given if the cancellation is received
by noon the business day prior to class
or we will apply the tuition to another course selection in 2010.

There is no refund after December 31, 2010.
