Well worth the tuition for the convenience
of taking the class at home and for the quality of the class.

The class was a lot of fun and information was relative and current. 

The quizzes were rigorous and engaging.

I felt I learned more and retained more then if in a live classroom.

I felt the teacher had more participation with the class.

Seemed to be fewer distractions this way!

Dear Judy and Joyce:

Wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU for being so helpful in taking your Web Continuing Education Core Class at the end of the year.

As you well know, I was scheduled to take your class at the NKAR
Board but had a family emergency and couldn't come. I was looking
at a $500 fine in the face for not completing my CE on time but your web class was my saving grace!

Please know I was quite apprehensive about taking this class
as I'm not a tech person by any stretch of the imagination.  :)

Joyce was so supportive and was there the whole way to guide me through the process of buying ~ setting up equipment as well as 
making sure everything was ready to go the day before the class!

Your commitment to my needs went far and beyond my expectations but I should have known if you were doing this class, it would be truly professional in every sense of the word!

With business being more challenging today, I was worried about the investment of equipment however Walmart was the place to go.

It was a nominal investment and I've been able to use this equipment
to speak to my brother who lives far away via the internet and see him in person on my computer screen. How cool is that?

He's in his 70's and I see him rarely but now due to learning new technology from your Web Class, I can now see my brother when
I talk with him so thank you for a multitude of reasons for developing the new way of doing continuing education!!!

I can see opportunities to use this technology for other Real Estate needs. For example, I have a seller who is moving to California.
When we get a future offer on his home, I will be able to use the
web cam while communicating with him. Being able to see his facial expressions as well as hearing his voice will give me more insight
as to what he will be feeling when we get offers and negotiate them.
I see many opportunities with this minimum investment I made
for your class!!!

Kudos to you my friend :) If anyone has apprehension about taking
your class via web cam, they shouldn't - as it was delightful.

The fact that I could be in the comfort of my own home, in my comfortable chair with the temperature exactly where I prefer it to be (which is usually cold) made the class more enjoyable than actually being there in person. I also felt my attention span was more clearly focused and the eye of the camera made me aware not to close my
eyes and take cat naps as the web cam eye was one foot from my face. Can't cheat anymore (ha, ha) and allow my mind to drift.

I certainly learned more from this core class than the others
I have taken.
